The Queen of Longevity Rewrites the Rules

Karina Safarova Rudeva lost a business to war in Kyiv. In Palm Beach, she built a philosophy of reinvention with one uncompromising principle: no excuses.

There are two ways to survive an upheaval. You can grieve what was taken, or you can look at the rubble and see raw material. Karina Safarova Rudeva has always been the second kind.

An entrepreneur, author, speaker and longevity coach, Safarova has spent nearly two decades studying how people change, first in her own life, then in the lives of her clients. Today, from Palm Beach, she is one of the more magnetic voices in Florida’s wellness world. Those who know her scene call her the “Queen of Longevity.”

The Art and Science of a Person

Her story begins in London, at a seemingly improbable crossroads. She studied design at Instituto Marangoni, then neuroscience at Imperial College London. On paper, the pairing reads like a contradiction. In practice, it became her worldview: how a person looks and how the body works are simply two descriptions of the same thing.

She carried that conviction home to Ukraine, where she built and ran her own business. Then, in 2022, war arrived and dismantled the life she had constructed. She relocated to the United States and began again. What she brought with her, she says, was less about what she had lost than about what losing it had taught her.

The Life Makeover

For more than fifteen years, Safarova has refined what she calls the Life Makeover, part coaching method, part personal creed. Its central idea is that physical health, emotional clarity and the architecture of your days cannot be treated as separate projects. Fix one in isolation and the others quietly pull you back.

Her one non-negotiable is a rule she states plainly: no excuses. She is careful to frame it as honesty rather than hustle. Clients begin by naming their “why,” then examine the habits that run their days without permission, and finally rebuild toward something built to last. The process, she admits, is not tidy. By her account, it involves tears and plenty of laughter, often in the same session.

Longevity, Reimagined

Curiosity eventually led her to longevity science, the field the wellness world has embraced with something close to fervor. Working alongside physicians, Safarova focuses on advanced diagnostics, cellular health, detoxification and rejuvenation. Her view of the body is refreshingly unsentimental: not an asset that simply depreciates, but a system in constant negotiation with time.

The philosophy mirrors her own path. Nutrition shapes mood. Sleep shows up in the skin. Mindset feeds metabolism. Nothing, in her framework, happens in isolation.

From One Client to Many

One-on-one work can only reach so far. In 2022, she launched the Life Makeover Academy to bring her methods to a wider audience. A year later came Lifemakeover with Karina, a Miami-recorded podcast in which she sits down with other thinkers to discuss resilience, ambition and the mechanics of living well.

Her forthcoming book, Life Makeover: Pain to Purpose, carries the same thesis onto the page: hardship can be a foundation rather than a life sentence.

The Quantum Moment

Ask her for the turning point and she doesn’t point to a deal, a launch or an award. She points inward, to what she calls a “quantum moment,” a sudden shift in how she understood energy, gratitude and responsibility for her own life.

It could sound mystical, until you see how she uses it. She treats it less as a single epiphany to be chased than as a lens she keeps returning to, one she helps clients search for in their own stories. And she refuses to package it as a formula. Everyone, she argues, falls apart differently, and so everyone rebuilds differently.

Still Building

Recognition has followed, including 2025 honors for Motivational Speaker of the Year and Best Coach of the Year. Yet Ukraine remains close. Thousands of miles away, she continues to support humanitarian efforts for her home country.

Mother, founder, author, coach: Safarova is still circling the question that reshaped her own life. How do people become their strongest, healthiest and most purposeful selves?

Her answer hasn’t changed. It begins with a decision, followed by one small, unglamorous step. Reinvention, she insists, is not a gift reserved for the lucky. It is a practice, and anyone can begin today.
